As diversity trainers we embrace the idea that progress is a journey of moving forward one step at a time. Through our workshops, we provide exercises based on our multi-continental backgrounds that are fun and full of synergy while promoting the need for a peaceful coexistence in the workplace.
The United States is both the most litigious and the most incarcerating nation in mankind’s history. This should be alarming to all of us and it affects all of us.
Today, official reports indicate that one in 110 American adults are in a correctional facility; one in 49 children have a parent in a correctional facility. Yes, some are indeed innocent. Those outside of the correctional facility pay for those inside. We are all affected.
Our cultural diversity training also embraces cultural sensitivity training including team building, dealing with challenging people and addressing the special needs of others, including the prison population and those who work within a correctional facility.
We also help districts and counties incorporate transformative justice and restorative justice (which includes re-entry support and reconciliation support) within their existing structure.
Services we provide to law enforcement include:
Bias awareness training
In addition, many corporations use our team expertise for diversity enrichment programs and projects.
